The miraculous myth
From left to right.
The downright, vacant
Road at height.
Climb the crumbling
Tragedy.
Where the horizontal is
Vertical honoree.
Good is bad and
Sad is love,
Watching all
Fall from above,
Crashing into the
Vanishing point.
For hardship
Can disappoint.
Opportunities are
Driven,
But forgiveness
Walks again.
Forgiveness
Wants cars,
Until experience shows
It’s ours.
Bridges arching to
Geometric shapes.
The arching stops
When the shade escapes,
Stable behind the steering wheels
Aimed at communion tables.
Modify the cars
And construct the streets,
But it’s the same crashes
When the time meets.
The same costs
And lives lost,
For we’re all one
Double-crossed.
Where success is
Competition,
As well as failure in
Life’s mission.
Make a turn,
But there’s fate.
Unite, and make a way
To relate.
With headlights in the
Darkness,
And a turn signal
You won’t miss.

Baby Won’t Scream

Baby on a radiator.
It’s a 1st grader.
No, what grade again?
What color are her eyes?
Her eyes never open,
Until I turn. Surprise!
I’m talking on the phone,
And she’s whining alone.

When the heat comes,
My baby hums.
When my baby dreams,
My baby screams.

Scream on a gene,
When a gene’s on a teen.
Lean on a scene,
But the scene burns a scream,
Cleaning the mean.
Seen in a dream,
Where the dream’s share a team.
A word that my baby won’t scream.

So Exhilarating

Walking in a talking cave,
Echoing in the shade.
Hyperventilating.
So exhilarating.

No day.
No where to go.
No say.
No may I know?

You have the answers.
You have the say.
Hyperventilating.
So exhilarating.

Plentiful grass is outside,
Ripped into a ceramic bowl.
No one foresees where we hide,
Made out of Pavonazzo marble.

Reversed footprints turning.
Hour after hour, I wait,
Watching you eat the plants I hate.
You blacken my yawning.

I can snap out this trap.
I can endure what you say is pure.
I can breathe. I can nap.
I can sleep. I am mature.

I am me. I am love.
I am free. I am me.
I am love. I am free.
I am me. I am above.
