Title: I Wouldn’t Mind
Medium: Acrylic on canvas
Size: 11” X 14”

I Wouldn’t Mind Board Game Instructions:
On each block, there’s a letter of the alphabet. Place the pawns on the board where it says “Start.” Roll the die and move however many spaces to a letter on the board. Then, choose a card from the deck. If the card that you chose has the same letter that your pawn is on, you can move to the next nearest letter of the same kind on the board. Then it’s the other player’s turn. At the end of the grey section, if you complete that first, you have to wait for your opponent to finish the grey section. If you draw a card that doesn’t have the same letter on the board, it’s your opponent’s turn.
In a separate deck, there’s the numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, as well as the words “Beta” and “Alpha.” Whoever pulls the highest value card can automatically head to the next level. This time, the player has to shuffle the deck again, then select the same card that got them pass the second level in order to win the game. If you fail to choose the right card, it’s your opponent’s turn to choose their card. Keep continuing the process until one of you select the right card.
There’s 26 letters in the English alphabet. There’s 7 cards of the same letters for the grey area, making it 182 cards. For the second and third level, there are 9 cards, used for levels. Remember to reshuffle the deck when you get to the third level.
I Wouldn’t Mind Poem:
I wouldn’t mind.
I wouldn’t mind.
I wouldn’t mind if you.
I wouldn’t mind.
I wouldn’t mind.
I wouldn’t mind if you.
Get to know me
As a faith-based partner.
Grip my hands
When your weight is on my chest.
Think about me
When your hair turns silver.
Love me at my worst;
Love me at my best.
Hold me down
On a sectional sofa.
Keep me in your dreams;
I’ll be in your life.
Understand me
If I’m on camera.
Kiss me when I’m dead;
Kiss me like a wife.
I wouldn’t mind.
I wouldn’t mind.
I wouldn’t mind if you.
I wouldn’t mind.
I wouldn’t mind.
I wouldn’t mind if you.
Propose to me
While talking in private.
Hug me when I’m rich;
Hug me when I’m poor.
Share me stories
When the room is quiet,
With the full armor of God
Like before.
Have fun with me
And play perfect board games.
Hide gifts
In a multi-functional desk.
Join me in my mood;
Hug me in the flames.
Stay with me
If my body is grotesque.
I wouldn’t mind.
I wouldn’t mind.
I wouldn’t mind if you.
I wouldn’t mind.
I wouldn’t mind.
I wouldn’t mind if you.
Sit on the opposite
Side of the chair,
While you’re on my lap
Like a getaway.
Blush like the first time
And give an eye stare.
Allow me to feed you
Throughout the day.
Tour the heavens
While you’re holding my hand.
Pray for me
And by my side, you will stay.
Untie my bellybutton
In the sand
And give my heart
A hickey when I say.
I wouldn’t mind.
I wouldn’t mind.
I wouldn’t mind if you.
I wouldn’t mind.
I wouldn’t mind.
I wouldn’t mind if you.
Reach a crescendo
Full of blissfulness,
Under my tutelage
After our vows.
Limber your lips
If I’m your politesse.
Enamored with amusement,
You feel wows.
Be my consort,
Then you can hold me tight
Like pocket-sized parachutes
Turned life-size.
Likewise, your memories
Will be just right.
Bright, I will see
All of the times you rise.

Long-lasting laughter
Maturing after one gets madder,
Is when one is not laughing
With the crowd, but at theirself.
Semi-smooth sores on your back
Is viewed as a stepladder.
The latest trends are exclusive to hell,
Then off the shelf.
Pride gets fatter,
Intoxicated from independence.
Who gets paid to be bullied
When they can pay the bullies?
A burden to your life, when you talk,
It feels like nonsense.
Why appreciate a rare compliment
From heart disease?
These species will not approve
Of your happiness on Earth.
They prefer aqueducts for their gardens
While children thirst.
Only if they understood,
But they overslept at birth.
Ignoring is not peace,
But our ignorance at our worst.
Learn to stop caring,
Then compliments will lose meaning.
How are you likely smiling
While feeling miserable?
How is the truth demeaning
When most are just sightseeing,
And homicide and suicide will not
Make things simple.
The ones you like used you
As an emotional baggage,
Then in the jaw-dropping depths,
Is where their tongues marinate.
If you do all of the work,
Then nobody pays homage.
Due to all of the laughter,
No one wants to be your mate.
Look at what business
These bookbinders found about you,
Rewriting stories
For the loyal dogs with arthritis.
If wild animals were pacifists,
They would laugh, too!
They are survivalists,
Icky like molasses kiss.
A 6-foot-man with 6 figures,
And over 6 inches,
Is what chicks want, but that
Is of satan and you want love,
Open your downturned eyes
And may you notice the pinches?
You imprisoned yourself with the thoughts
Your friends disposed of.
You will know “When our viscosities meet,
We’ll be complete.”
First, you will share the same belief as me,
In Jesus name.
The innocent pressure will fade
And one day, we will meet,
Keeping to ourselves our love
And all that we overcame.
